What does the program fee cover?
- Tuition for 3 courses
- Lodging on campus (room cost, utilities, internet access, etc.)
- Organized program activities (facilities charge, admission fees, bus transportation, etc.)
- Three meals: opening ceremony lunch; lunch on the farm; closing ceremony dinner
- Ground transportation in conjunction with the group flight
- Health insurance
- Georgia Tech ID card (Buzz card)
- Program T-shirt
- Program administration and services
MAKE A PAYMENT
Payment will be managed through the Flywire International Wire Service.
Make full payment here (choose “Georgia Institute of Technology”, then “Georgia Tech-Language Institute”) within one week of the acceptance letter.
Instructions will be shared by email with accepted applicants following admission.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- If you wish to withdraw from the program, you must submit a Withdraw Request Form to communicate your withdrawal from the program on or before April 15, 2024.
- The link to this form will be shared at the bottom of an automated email following application completion. Back and forth transaction fees are the student’s responsibility and are not refundable. After April 15, 2024, there will be no refund and you will be responsible for 100% of the program cost (with an exception of visa rejection).
- If your visa application is denied, please provide a proof of your visa rejection and we will then make a full refund to you (processing fees are not refunded).
